Description: 
A contest hosted and managed by Kristen Levine Pet Living, CEVA Animal Health, and DOGTV (SPONSORS). Submissions will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein provided. 


This giveaway is part of Pet Anxiety Awareness Month, sponsored by Kristen Levine Pet Living, CEVA Animal Health, and DOGTV and as such, all entrant information collected will be shared with the sponsor brands.


The Contest: 
Starting Friday, June 2, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET (“Contest Start Date”), you can visit www.kristenlevine.com/giveaway to enter to win a grand prize valued at approximately $808.

Participants may enter by completing the following mandatory actions: 


  • Entering a valid email address.
  • Answering, in one word, which type of pet they have 
  • Answering other questions about their pets

    In addition, participants may enter by completing one or more of the following optional actions: 


    • Referring friends
    • Completing specified actions on Facebook
    • Completing specified actions on Instagram
    • Completing specified actions on YouTube
    • Visiting specified web page(s)

    Entrant grants permission for all answers and content generated by this giveaway to be used in Sponsor promotional materials andd/or shared with media outlets. 


    No purchase is necessary to enter to win and there is no cost to participate. 
    Contest is open to US residents aged 18 years and up only. 

    Contest Dates: 

    Start Date: June 2, 2023 12:00 AM ET

    End Date: June 15, 2023 11:59 PM ET

    Winner Chosen: On or around June 16, 2023 1:00 PM ET

    Sponsor reserves the right to alter dates.

    Winner Selection Process: 

    Three winners will be selected, at random, using the following independent software: Gleam.io. Winners will be notified by email and must respond via email within 24 hours in order to claim their prize. If winner(s) do not notify Sponsor within specified time period, Sponsor reserves the right to choose a new winner or terminate the contest with no winner(s) chosen. 

    How to Claim Prizes: 

    Prize winners will be informed via email of how to collect their prize(s) upon responding to winner notification email.

    Disputes:
